Glasgow put on a spectacular Burns night celebration in George Square to celebrate the poet's 250th anniversary and to officially start the year of 'The Homecoming'. There are many functions all over Scotland throughout the year with the main event being 'the Gathering' in Edinburgh at the end of July .
We will be introducing more items to our range this year and we would be pleased to hear of any suggestions you may have for new products. If you require a quantity of a particular item i.e. for a function such as a wedding or a presentation, please contact us direct to discuss your requirements and check availability.
During 2008 our experience shows that shoppers in the USA are not quite sure whether they are able to use our online facilities. Of course you are able to make a purchase in exactly the same manner as if the goods were priced in dollars . The transaction is converted from pounds into dollars by your card provider and the rate of exchange (March 2009) is about $1.50 =£1. We dispatch by 1st class mail which takes approximately 7 working days to North America. However, for a faster service, it can be arranged to send the goods via FedEx or DHL etc.at extra cost.
We will also list diary dates for special occassions i.e Clan gatherings, Highland Games, weddings etc. To get in touch see our contact page where you can also find a link to the Buchanan Society.
